Title: Here we go then, H4L Fifty50 out in the wild!

Don't really need to add much to these pictures to be honest. Just wow.

The profile is extremely full as you can see. Smaller edges and a high spine, middle position similar to that of a Hellfire.

I cannot find fault with this model, top work by @hell4leather cricket yet again. As you can see below the quality of willow coming out of the workshop at H4L is extremely impressive.

even though g1 has more grains it should not have those wavy grains and the blemish..

do like the full profile ...may get one next year ;)

Will post some comparison photos tomorrow @tim2000s but to me this doesn't have as low a middle as a hattori, it's a fuller profile and has much smaller edges too.

The pickup is good, but not mind boggling light. The profile doesn't particularly lend itself to a super light pickup but i feel what helps all H4L bats be well balanced is sensible thickness in the handle and shoulder, meaning more weight close to the hands, improving pickup compared to a spaghetti string handle on some brands.

Fifty50 bats are now listed online, we picked some lovely lovely willow out during our visit, most of it is either going straight out for pre-orders or is still on the way as many of the bats we chose needed to be polished and stickered, we also picked some clefts out including some incredible Monsters that will make anyone looking for 50+mm edged lumps very happy. We'll be fully stocked in a couple of weeks :)

Have you paid a deposit? (sorry if you have, i don't have my notes to hand) Any pre ordered bats are either already with us and on their way out to customers soon or require Matt to finish off the part mades we assigned to those pre-orders, in some cases a bat needed to be produced from scratch to satisfy the order.

The pre-order offer is now closed and we require full payment at 2017 prices, we will have plenty of shop stock within a couple of weeks from bats and part mades that we picked yesterday. Anything ordered that we will need to ask H4L to make for us typically takes 1 to 2 weeks.
