Asad, what are your thoughts on Trowbridge CC? I've literally just moved to Trowbridge 2 weeks ago so will more than likely be getting in touch with them for the 2017 season, one of my colleagues has recommended Devizes and Marshfield too?
I haven't the foggiest how the standards stack up that's all, I've played everywhere but hopefully this will be the last move now - current list of leagues is; Worcestershire, Birmingham & District, South Wales, 2 Counties (Essex/Suffolk), Kent and Southern Electric leagues so trying to find the best option possible really!
I'm going to be needing a fresh set of kit so I'll certainly be visiting at some point towards the new year!

Where do you live @procricket ? Wiltshire roads can be a tad slow so travel may be a consideration. South Wilts CC in Salisbury is the strongest club in the county running 4 sides and lots of junior stuff. Moving north you've got Devizes and then you're into the north of the county with Chippenham, Corsham etc.

Away days for South Wilts can be a total 'mare though, especially going to the Isle of Wight!

Ventnor relegated this year so won't have to make that trip next year. We do have a few long ones but not more than 90 minutes even with summer traffic. 2s, 3s and 4s are typically up to an hour. Travel has definitely got slower and all thsi warm-up stuff makes it even more challenging to sort weekends
