Hey guys some of you may follow me on social media and follow what I'm up to and never really had the chance to post anything on here. Over 2016 I have upgraded my press, rebuilt my spicing machine and built over machines to early ramp up the quality of the bats. So as of last night I released the new invirtute 2017 stickers and would love to know your thoughts. So far feedback has been great but love to hear all good and bad, as it will help me determine where 2018 will go. These are taken on my phone so won't be great pics.

The. Bat looks lovely the blue doesn't quite work I would have shorter stickers back and the front Sticker further up the blade at the front with Robert on top and James underneath followed by players and the five stars stamped into the willow
-
I think that the bat looks lovely.
How far flung are your sticks? Have you sent them to any interesting places?
-
Like the look of the stickers @buddyb, I think this bat is for my one of my teammates so should be able to have a good look at it soon.
-
Like the sticker design. The font on Robert James does make it look like Robest James though.

Thanks for the views, will consider them for the next year. Shame about the blue as it has been hugely popular. Loads of people ask for it to come back. Maybe blue just ain't your colour lol. Yes mate, it's one of your team mates. Had bats sent out to Australia and New Zealand which is pretty cool.

Hey @buddyb - I really like them, and I think the blue actually works superbly, it's such a subjective thing though.
The only thing I would say with my 'Graphics Guy' head on, is that you need a bit more consistency with your fonts. The Robert James bit is lovely and flowing and of a certain style, whereas the Invirtute bit is in a very modern 'SciFi' style - I think this is a bit of a clash within the whole theme, and fonts complimentary to each other could be used.
But what do I know? - that's just my personal preference - keep going fella, it's a good look.

A valid point on the fonts, it's something I have played around with loads of times but settled for the two as the Robert James is based on my handwriting so is my signature to the bat. I wanted the minamal look. Ethos of everything I do is tradition brought into the 21st century. So felt This needed to be represented in the font used.
I do has some samples being printed of other fonts I am playing with which is more like the robert James.

My thoughts exactly Bruce. I really like the main sticker and the font choice, but the thin, sans serif font looks wrong to me.
Again, just a personal thing but being a web developer/ex graphic designer getting fonts right is half the battle IMHO.

That is because we are both very wise!

Front sticker looks superb to me, love the blue so don't get rid of that ha. Would prefer the back sticker more similar to the front but not a big thing.
