Title: Softening my new Gloves
Post by: heathy on December 27, 2016, 12:09:41 AM
Evening all !

I have just bought the GN LE Predator 3 Gloves.  They are my first new pair for 6 seasons I have worn really old GN legends where I had the the palm constantly resurfaced.

Can Somebody help me, I need to soften and loosen up my new gloves as they are quite stiff, will banging them with a hammer or mallet help ?

Anybody got any other techniques to combat this ?

Fold the fingers into the palms and put them under your mattress.

Or just wear them around the house/while watching TV.

I got them a few weeks ago. I went to a couple of nets with a bowling machine and they have already loosened off nicely.

Or just wear them around the house/while watching TV.

Challenge: Try making a sandwich with them on.

Pictorial evidence for our amusement please  :D

Always found "Thumb to Pinkie" gave a nice catching pocket for me, and as for softening them... nothing like catching cricket balls! Thats what preseason is for!
