I wonder how many people have seen this before - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TM4nY1utZo (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TM4nY1utZo)
It is a mouth-watering opportunity to face James Anderson without the fear of being lying on a hospital bed due to a head injury. I wonder if any of you folks have seen it first hand and is it going to be the norm in the future for players training?

Fu$&^% unbelievable!!

The future of Cricket games in the home. Imagine that with PS4 VR.... And the improvement it would make in technique etc for amateurs...!
-
Interesting but buggy
-
Can only see it getting better and being fun for amateurs to get a feel of the pace and reactions needed to face an international bowler

Want one! Like really want one!
I thought that of the Wii did that out would be awesome!
But that's another level!
I would destroy my house though!

I work in VR technologies, building Simulators etc for training using bleeding edge tech. Considering what is available right now this is easily doable (many variations of it too) and results will be better than what was visible in the video.
Do you want a real ball and bat? do you want your body tracked and displayed in the virtual world etc

Being able to have a BR net in your garden against international bowlers and it accurately track all, shot timings and body would be amazing!
