Title: GN Powerbow Nemesis
Post by: mvclayton on January 11, 2017, 11:44:00 AM
Hi Guys,

I am trying to decide on my T20 bat for next season and I keep finding myself tempted by the Nemesis but just looking at it I can't help but wonder if it works or is just a gimmick.

Anyone actually used one successfully, how does the shape work for different shots/pickup etc.

Thanks

Ive got one, its lovely and in my opinion the shape/cutouts does help the pickup for a bat which has alot of weight down the bottom

I love mine! Pickup/shape/performance, all spot on imo. Shape works fine for all the shots really, although obviously particularly good for just banging it down the ground.

Great bats! I have had 2 or 3 now and all perform really well. Pick up is excellent and is a brilliant option in 2020 games

This is one I bought from Simon,a players model. Removed some of the stickers and looks amazing and has a lovely middle.

Thanks guys for all your replies, It's nice to hear people have some confidence in them before buying. I will give one a go.

I doubt I'll get as much stick as when I used to have a Mongoose!

I do like the shape of the nemesis
Anything that helps pick up, has to be a plus

@FattusCattus & @Northern monkey

If only you knew someone selling one that weighed 2lb9 for a ridiculously low price, say about £50...  ;)

I was very close to buying it last year but I was skeptical about the performance so I chose F18 Over nemesis. I might buy it off one of my mate who is selling 4 star.

I really don't like the look of these with their strange profile!

And if you had of asked me if I would use one before actually seeing one, I would have said NO WAY!
But now that I have tapped a few up and rate them for pickup and feel, I would now use one.
