Title: Alround shoes
Post by: WALSHY on January 22, 2010, 12:11:08 PM
Hi all,

I play half of my cricket on turf and the other on matting, I am a left arm bowler who has a big action and I drag my back foot, I don't want to buy two pairs of good shoes I just want one.

I saw the Asic's gel strike rate and after being told that they were great for bith matting and turf.

After working on my action lots this year I have now started to put a lot of stress on my ankles feet and shins.

So does anyone know of some high cut bowling shoes that are good of both types of pitchs, money is no problem.

Hi Walshy
We have the old and new Asics bowling boots, where you can swap the metal spikes for plastic studs, or the Puma Stealth mid-cut may also be suitable. We're running out of a few sizes though.
