We received this from a customer the other day. Its great that some of the smaller bat makers get some of the credit they deserve.........

Hi Mark

Received the bat yesterday, its a beauty.

Like many cricket tragic's I own(ed) a number of bats, 2 Screaming Cats, 2 Laver and Wood, Bradbury, GN 50+, RNS, Kookaburra Menance, Newberry and a number of bespoke bats designed to different specs. Some of these I still have, some i have passed onto fellow tragics.

This one looks to be right up there with the best, nice shape, not too many grains (my preference) and has  a really nice pick up. This wont be one Ill be passing on. Its a keeper.

Thanks for your help organising this. If you end up down under for the ashes next summer and you make it to Adelaide, look me up and Ill buy you a beer.

What bat did he get? Rule number one, no pics, it didn't exist!

It was a Players grade long blade Aldred. The pics were on our Facebook and Twitter pages however I will get them up on here shortly.
