Purchased this yesterday from local shop Procricshop in USA , they received their first batch of 2017 stock yesterday and since we do our indoor nets there i was able to grab a good bat before all the public could see . Customer Service is excellent. I usually purchase lot of high end bats but after seeing this bat i couldn't  resist myself not buying it . specs are

weight - 2.7
Grains - 21
Two tone willow
edge - 37mm
Profile - almost full
Pickup Index - 1

Feels and pings really well straight out of the packet . Now the pictures

It looks really good. I am thinking of getting one myself. I think procricshop is the only shop in US who has 808.

They have few more which i have seen yesterday , get in touch with them and they can send you pictures .

Tell you what if it wasn't for the mark  on the face the could be mistaken for top end.

Nice bat. GM has improved a lot for 2017. Their pressing is much better and bats are pinging better than ever.

According to GM website, 2-10 is starting weight for Chrome 808/909. So this must be really rare piece at 2-7.

I have a GM Octane 808 I bought a couple of years ago that is almost exactly the same in heartwood to sapwood ratio. If I could give you a piece of advice , it would be to make sure the harder heartwood section gets a little extra knocking in as mine started to crack after little use in the heartwood dominated area.
