Title: Cleaning off glue
Post by: RSpall on February 03, 2017, 09:02:46 PM
Hi everyone...
I'm just giving the bat a clean up for this season and have come across a small issue when cleaning it up. I have pulled the old bat face off and am left with a horrible sticky glue on the wood that I need to remove. What's the best way to get rid of this before I sand the face down?

Use some white spirit on a rag mate

Amos from @ItsJustCricket did an excellent video on removing residue
