Title: Albion Helmet options

Hi all

Currently have an Albion Ultimate 98 i used last season that is a little too small. For a comfortable fit i used 4 of the smallest pads that came with it and not the front sweat pad i should have used. Unfortunately 2 of the pads have perished/been lost and i cannot find just replacement pads anywhere.

As the lid is quite tight i was looking at getting another Albion helmet that i could use the titanium grille off the 98 on, but im confused as to what it fits.

I have found the following info (i think) but need re-assurance the current grille will fit/not fit:
- Ultimate Classic - have read the lid is the same, just steel grille so would fit
- Club MKII/Elite Club/Test - have read the titanium grille from the 98 wouldn't fit?
- Elite Pro - comes with it's own titanium grille so not really option as too expensive, but assume same as other Elite's the 98 grille wouldn't fit?

What also confuses me is that it seems a newer ultimate 98 grille was released in 2014; with albion badge rather than name on? and mine is the one with the name on it so the earlier version no doubt?

I've got 6mm padding that Velcro fits into helmets if you just want a replacement set for the current helmet:-

What size do you have? I have a L-XXL navy ultimate 98 that's too big for me.

If he doesn't want it and you're in Europe how much for it?
