Yeah, I'm only 15 and pretty skinny.
Not looking for a slim pad just one that the straps will fit.

You really need to go to a shop and try a few on. Go when the sales are back on. New Balance softs seem to have a good reviews this season. I like my GN Omega as they are light but i dont face fast bowlers anymore these days. Its really an individual thing.
