How much weight can be saved by having an inch shorter blade/inch longer handle setup.

Around an ounce, but that depends on the shape of the bat. Usually batmakers will redistribute the saved weight into the hitting area

Yep Julian Milchamp states in a vid cutting 2 inches of the bottom of your  is around 3 ounce.

All depends on the cleft. It will vary cleft to cleft but around 1-2oz.
