Title: Sugru Toe Guard?

Hey guys I've been using Sugru (this rubber stuff that is mouldable and then sets) to repair old phone/laptop chargers and just had this idea. Has anyone tried using Sugru to make a toe guard? It's pretty easy to shape and is waterproof I believe so sounds like it'd be feasible.

Thoughts?

Doesn't work, nowhere near enough abrasion resistance
