Title: Team Building
Post by: TheAwesomeSLA on January 30, 2010, 07:50:54 PM
Hi all. Going to be coaching my clubs under 11's side this season and I was wondering if anybody has got any good games for team building for that age group. Got a few lined up myself but its always nice to get a few more ideas to keep things interesting!

Certainly. Will teach me not not take  giant lunge to a 75mph Bowler and try and fend off the ball with my pad!

in repsonse to niceonechoppy: i'm looking for stuff that is realted to cricket and can be done in there practices sessions.

also i'm looking for more games to improve there hand eye coordination, space awareness and agility that can be done at training too.

team building is a easy one get drunk together have a few days away from it

hand eye co-ordination get a wobble ball and mess around with it

space awareness get a game of cricket football. get 2 stumps around 50 meters apart as goals and start with right hand catches only right hand them change to left hand then go to 1 bounce one hand and the aim is to get it to the other stump without running with the ball
