Looking at buying the below bat but it has no grade sticker or anything on it. Does anybody know from the looks of the pics the rough age and potential grade it may have been?

Cheers,

I think @Hoover is the best person to ask

Also should probably ask what thoughts are on the looks of the condition from the photos and what price people think it may/should be?
-
Think that may be stickered...

It has to be 2006 ish, in good nick for 10 years old. Genuine Bradbury's from the last 20 years have an embossed logo, usually on the edge, stamped in. There was a rogue retailer that imported bats from Pakistan and labelled them with this label design and sold them when Bradbury returned to Oz in 2006. As for market price, if this is a genuine Bradbury, it would have been the basic model at around £100.

Thing is, the sticker on the lower back is square - on real ones it was cut around the lettering.

Can I ask what sort of an embossed logo?@Hoover

Cheers for all the responses. I decided to bite the bullet and give it a try. I'm going to pick up on Saturday morning so will let you know how it goes from there.

Look on www.bradburycricket.com (http://www.bradburycricket.com).
All the bats have the "Bradbury Logo "embossed on each edge.
To buy "non genuine" products is to support the "Theft of IP".

Understand and completely agree @Hoover . This bat is part of a bundle of cricket equipment that is being sold (softs, bag, clothes) the rest of it looks genuine and tbh the woman that is selling it appears to have either split from or lost her husband and doesn't know a great deal about the equipment.
For the price I am paying if it does happen to not be genuine I can 100% assure you the stickers will be removed by me and it will not be future sold as a genuine Bradbury.

Ok, I thought that was a fairly recent thing to combat the flood of stickers on eBay.

Back sticker doesn't look to be in the right place (too close to the edge) and the front sticker isn't quite central either. See the pic, it looks to be more on the right side of the bat judging by the very top of sticker, hence I'd say it's some stickers that have been bought and poorly applied

So picked this up this morning, the edges aren't big enough to have a stamp on them so there isn't one. The rest of the kit i got with it would be inline with somebody who would buy a Bradbury as opposed to a major brand, also looks really well used so I'd wonder why it wouldn't be genuine. Anyway extra pics below. As always opinions welcome.
Should also add having tapped an all up on this the response is excellent of an extended proportion of the blade which surprised me.

100% fake.
Not a stamped logo in sight.
Handle shows it has been bound on a lathe of sorts. Bradbury have always used a purpose built binder that leaves no mark on the toe or the top of the handle.
This has been factory fitted with a toeguard, bradbury don't do this. If a toeguard it fitted as an additional service it would be blue.
This shape has never been made by Bradbury.
