lightweight thick profile bats
what else one wants :)
Got this lovely Grade 3 DSC bat
the fact that they make bats for GM India provides some confidence in the product
Weight 2-8.4
41 mm edge
Thick full profile, no concaving
one things that lot of bat companies are doing is keeping the handle thin to lower bat weight
Same with this one , the handle is thin like the ones on SG bats
intial response is very good and even though i looks soft pressed, heavy LV mallet knocking is not leaving many dents
enjoy the pics

Big bat for the weight perhaps.

Who did you speak to at DSC?
I called them a few years ago (I think it was 2009) and they were struggling in English conversation but I finally managed to place an order. The delivered bats were not as impressive as much as I was expecting; however, I am a long time admirer of DSC bats.
The ones I played with back in 2008 (borrowed from team mates) had a supreme pick and balance. And in my personal opinion, a sublime "pick n feel" trumps the trampoline ping.

Looks like starting this year they are investing big in cricket. Having lot of pro players sponsored . They have a fb page - message them there "https://www.facebook.com/DSCcricket/"

Sanga scoring 1000+ county runs and 6 centuries with DSC bat in 1 year, what a bloke and advertising for the brand...
-
DSC seem to be signing a few other players --- Dwayne Bravo and Narine latest 2 names added...

I ordered 2 DSC Canadian willow bats and they are absolute monsters. Will post a review later.
-
what do they tap up like?

Yeah I'm interested to know more on the Canadian Willow side of things, how does it perform/last compared to the UK willow?
