Your frustration is understandable...but if that is how you feel their 'typical' service is then why did you order from them in the first place? Just curious.

What would be my next action?

Pay peanuts...

Not sure there is an awful lot you can do really though, definitely start with Paypal.

If you wanted to do something public like FB, I'd obscure the delivery label first.

On the bright side a left hander is likely to have experienced the same issue...  ;)

Where are you located?

Overseas purchases tend to be risky unless bought from a reputable vendor with whom you have' spoken about the product. Some times, even reputable ones don't respond to emails. Do you have a phone number?

Hmmm...what I'd recommend is that you order a pair of "left" handed gloves; I assure you that they have a pair of two lefts waiting for a home. That ought to complete your two pairs. :D

Some guys have had good experiences with Ajit. 2 players at my club got nice looking plain pads and gloves for 70 odd quid delivered, quite close in terms of quality and finishing with uk softs going for double the price. Mind you i bought a ss l.e off him 2 years ago and the handle went whilst knocking it in. Needless to say i was pissed off and sent him numerous emails but no response at all. Based on my experience hes a Grade one $&$$^

don't know what people would go overseas to save £5-£10 - and risk situations like this.

Maybe we need a "Hall of (intermediate but not entirely) Shame" where such stories can be posted as a warning to the readers.

I wish I could comment on this but apparently, I can't see any picture due to PB new policy.

Its roughly £60-70 saving on softs. And a ss l.e was being sold for around £300 when i was looking. I got it through ols for £140 odd delivered. So you do save a fair bit, but the trade off being its a lottery on quality, durability, whether the right gear gets shipped out and no after sales customer service at all or returns.

Try ordering another pair and tell him to send 2 left hand gloves this time. He is very responsive while you are placing orders but once you have paid him, he won't even respond.

PayPal dispute, works every time as PayPal will almost always find in the buyers favour.

Open a dispute and call PayPal to escalate the case. Tell them a return shipment is more expensive than the gloves. PayPal would refund your case and levy the charge on OLS.

OLS is a hit or miss for many people. My very first dealing with him turned sour and i decided not to buy anything from him anymore. Keep searching the net and you will find good deals among local retailers itself.
