What bat was he using in his one appearance as England captain at Headingley in 1988? Nixon?

It wil have been Zenith. Zenith was formed around 1988 by former employees of the original Newbury company, in particular the marketing manager (IIRC) The Zenith company itself didn't last long, and was replaced by the current Newbery company
