Received an email from Barrington sports with links to these videos tonight. Its a bit of a sales pitch for the bit of kit but I thought some of the drills were interesting.. especially this one: https://youtu.be/5O6t5_-15f8

Thats quite good.

Most teams here have those rebound nets.
