Hopefully, not a repost but good tips on how to improve your keeping which I hope to try it on Sunday.

Those master classes are really good. Just watched one with Freddie and the Jack Russell one was so interesting, when people do things so naturally it's easy to forget the thousands of hours off practice that goes in to it. If I got better by day dreaming about cricket, I'd be England captain by now!

I always thought Ian Healy was a good keepers coach .... until I watched this masterclass with Jack Russell.  What an awesome bloke , very intelligent and interesting.  Thinks about his job the way all keepers should . He's the only guy I've ever listened to re keeping that made me think 'oh , ok , I understand.  Maybe I  could do that too'.

I'm not a keeper but really enjoyed the masterclass. What he was saying seemed quite simple but was obviously very effective
