Best place to refurbish the bat?

I usually do mine in the garage . A shed also works well . :D

Same here use a workmate bench fitted with soft jaws

I have small balcony in our flat, normally used by my wife to entertain her friends.at some point in the late October sun and mist I get a bit of sandpaper out some linseed oil and tidy up whatever I have been using for the season.
This year is looking a bit bleak as I have a nearly new bat that does not need much doing. I'm sure I'll find something to sand down.
Highly enjoyable it is too. :)

My van, although set up mainly for pipe fitting, does have a helpful vice in there. And as I have no garage or shed currently, it is the main place I refurb my bat's.
Either that or my lounge, but that tends to upset the missus.....

I meant store guys.
I don't have time, tools and skills to refurbish or service a cricket bat:-)
