Anyone use these as training aids? Do you find them useful?
Ive always been interested but never have taken the leap.

Do you mean the really skinny bats like an eye-in?
-
Yeah those ones

I use one, only in winter nets and pre season nets though. As soon as the season comes along I think it throws you off if you used one during nets during the season. Similarly to using a bat that's quite different to your match one in nets during the season

I’ve made and sold quite a few on here. As long as they are made to a similar weight to your match bat, they can be a useful tool. If you’re using one of the cut down ones from a pre made bat that weighs about 2lb then it can mess with your timing and actually be worse for your game

Agreed. I also prefer it to be the same shape. Tried one that was the same weight but that balance was all wrong

Do you still make them @Red Ink Cricket ?

Yep, send me a message and we can discuss specs

I got one from red ink about this time last year and it's awesome and basically a skinny version of my match bat. Can be a great tool if using correctly.
