Has anyone used these before? Looks like the east/sussex league might be changing to this

They have been trying to get a league to use them for a good few years now, I was introduced to the owner by CCC back in 2005 and he asked me if I had any leverage over what the B&D use here at the time.

We use them in both the shrubbery and west Somerset leagues. I quite like them, they will swing and seam and they keep their shape.

You must be a serious bowler because we cannot get the get them to do much after about 10 overs!!!
Not the best would be my view - would much prefer they used something else

Anything has to be better than the ones we have used for a few seasons now doesn’t it?

I'm no great bowler but I can still swing it after 40 overs. I don't often see a fielding team that look after the ball properly.

Think these are similar to the ones we use on a Saturday, not a big fan to be honest. Feel plasticky and rock hard, also hard to shine or look after and lose their shape if they get even slightly wet, start to swell etc

i can confirm that they are a decent quality ball and not bat breakers.

There ok last for ages so its difficult to slag off one side and really get it swinging. New they don't swing much unless your a swing bowler who can get the seam pointing at second slip then they go a bit. They do seam off a decent pitch

If they get the slightest bit damp/wet the seam raises like a punk's mohican!

Played with them the first season they were introduced to the Somerset league and everyone at my club thought they were ruuuuubbish, actually had to replace the ball on a number of occasions they went to bits that badly. Moved leagues and haven't touched them since, assume they've improved or the league upgraded to a better ball in the range!

Very mixed! Not many proper swing bowlers in our league anyway... Alot of think they are brett lee but are more like alistair cook with the ball!

I can make most balls swing due to my horrendous action.

A few clubs use them in the OCA, some teams love them some hate them.  Our club used them in a few games, the bowlers were not impressed, but they are idiots who just wanted bright red balls from Pakistan as they could make them swing.
