Title: An Apology
Post by: Calzehbhoy on December 05, 2017, 03:27:16 PM
Ok, I have a confession to make and an apology to the guys at Kippax.

Despite somehow the edge measurement being spot on my calipers screwed up for the toe, shoulder and bat width measurement and changed the zero setting to -5.  The width of the Colossus I received was bang on and therefore I really do want to apologise to the guys at @Kippax for any negativity/loss of business that was received as a result of the review!!

Thanks also to James at Kippax for being an absolute star and very understanding throughout, absolutely excellent customer service despite the customer being an absolute tit!!!!!!

As I said in my initial review the performance was excellent! I am looking forward to getting it back and using it (and have since purchased a ProBlade too as a result)

Good character to admit when you're wrong, especially on a public forum. Well played.

Yep, fair play that is.

Hopefully Kippax haven't lost any business, I'm sure everyone is aware they make cracking sticks anyway!

I hope the grade umpires start making these mistakes about my bat edges/spine when they start enforcing the new icc regs !
