Title: Batting Cage & Sightscreen
Post by: t2ylo on January 29, 2018, 07:33:40 PM
Hoping for a little advice & maybe pointing in the right direction.

Our club has agreed that the two big purchases this year will be a new sightscreen and a mobile batting cage.

I know about 3D sports from countless brochures as a youngster - but where else is good to look?

Whilst I’m asking - how would I source a flicx pitch at a more reasonable price than extortionate?

Thanks

Check out 3d sports.

We got a grant and for sight screens the roll up for around £1,500.

Do we notice ....no but some some do..

Easy assembly and they just roll up!

Best way to get sight screens is to apply for a Sports England Small Grant, we use the scheme to acquire a set of sight screen from Stuart Canvas.  At the same time we purchased a set of covers from, they gave us a good deal

Jake from Vitas now works at Durrant and were on the verge of purchasing 2 new sightscreens for the season. Durrant are now running a scheme where they come with a years free insurance in the event they get damaged or vandalised.

Worth giving him a call to check prices as they were v similar to 3D from memory.

Feel free to contact us at Durant Cricket for details, as Tom mentioned we are offering 1 years free insurance on screens and cages. We also manufacture, deliver and install everything ourselves, which can't be said for some of the competition mentioned in this topic :)
