Gives GM a big (England) name, they have lacked since Joe Root moved away.
No doubt a break clause will be in there referring to the court case outcome.
Given the circumstances, I suspect it is a far lower cost to GM than it would have been 12 months ago - well done GM.

I presume given the regulation that is a ball mark rather than an edge stamp?
