Post by: batmatt on March 31, 2018, 06:26:49 AM
Hi all.
It has been on here I’m sure but what are the pro’s and cons of flat face v round face.
Also square toe v rounded ?
Hope you can help me settle debates.

Round face=ball will travel far away with just a push
Round toe= This helps in sliding the bat while completing a run (bat doesnt stuck in ground)

I prefer round curvy full of meat Chubby :P

Square toes are not as sound as rounded due to there nature.

Bottom edges do take more pressure and tend to blow more but i use a square toe and have not had many issue.

As Kulli has said it a mental thing to make the bat bigger/wider in your mind.
