Hi guys,
So i was wondering which bat i should get for the next season and i have shortlisted a couple. Blank bats B1 players from itsjustcricket or GM Neon 909 from prodirectcricket. Couple of things to note is that i play in UAE and 80% of the matches are in sandy grounds and cement pitches and as much as i would wish otherwise, the quality of balls is pretty poor. So durability is one of my top 3 priorities after performance and quality.
Appreciate everyones help in advance

Blank bats b1 would be my choice all day long.contact Tai and you will get exactly what you want with the ping consistency of a bat making god.
I would say any bat you order from prodirect would be hit and miss.
I guarantee you won’t be disappointed with the b1.
In regards to using cheap balls and playing on sandy grounds. I would make sure you knock any bat in you choose thoroughly and make sure you have a good quality scuff sheet. Which blankbats can also supply.

What Canners said.
You won't go wrong with a Blank Bat, the value for money is the best around and the pressing is top notch.
Pro Direct is a total lottery. None of the staff seem to have any idea about bats and you'll get something vaguely within your weight range. And I mean vaguely!

I have used both brands and can confirm that they are both fantastic. It would seem that the main issue is with the retailer you have mentioned. Maybe consider one of the sponsors hereifyou are set on theGM.
Best of luck, mate!

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I totally get what u all mean about prodirect but i have had a few bats from them in the past. An adidas pellara pro which turned out decent, a GM flare 606 which turned out great but a touch heavy, and a GM Neon signature which turned out great. True their employees dont know anything but their customer service has me very impressed. I have to get the bat shipped to UAE so freight needs to be competitive too. I shortlisted itsjustcricket based on their youtube reputation. The GM however i also have talentcricket as an option. But seeing that most guys are recommending the blank bat so i guess i would like some more options of a blank bat B1 players (white stickers) with competitive shipping charges.
Cheers guys

Make sure if you are overseas you get the vat deducted.

Make sure if you are overseas you get the vat deducted.
Check first whether the seller is VAT registered, otherwise you may be in for a surprise while paying.
Even a few of the VAT registered sellers in UK are refusing to exempt VAT on their overseas sales nowadays. Some are open about it and some are not.

Blank bats hands down.

Both prodirect and itsjustcricket deduct the vat before checkout so its ok. Even talent cricket deduct the vat. So thats all fine. So far its all blankbats. Keep em coming guys.
