Title: Polishing Machine Query

Hello,
I have acquired a Somerset County sports Ltd GB800 buffer. On one side is the buffing wheel but on the other side is a rubber inflatable wheel thing? Does anyone on here know what this is used for?

Inflatable sander? Just add some appropriate paper.

To all the bat makers and refurb guys. Does anyone know where I can get the sleeves for this inflatable drum? 6 inch wide, just over 4 inch diameter.
Even somewhere make to order.
