Neon neoprene one is the best by miles out of my selection, blade only if it's going inside a bag, job done!
-
I have the GN full length they give your bat full protection against dents dinks spikes etc
-
I'd second the neoprene sleeves
-
I have quite a few from many different brands.
I would avaoid new balance as mine left red marks all over my bat. However, they are slightly longer than the rest so good if you have a long handle/blade.
I find the neoprene ones excellent I think neon do neoprene ones or alternatively mongoose.
There were some Bradbury ones on eBay for £7 posted which are good and appear to be from the same manufacturer as the h4L, affinity etc ones you get. (Not neoprene)
I always go for full length covers.
I got a cheap SF one from hockeycricket which I think is in Salisbury. Personally I’m not a fan of the windows you get in some covers as I find it unnecessary and just leaves an unprotected area.
I have a CP cover which has a zip rather than a Velcro fastening and that for me is also brilliant.

The bat sleeves on my duffle are full length and padded. I have an additional full length sleeve for those occasions when I might need to carry a bat alone, such as for indoor.
Mine is GM, I paid about £10 for it.

Full length GM ones by far the best. If you want blade only I have 2 GN padded ones you can have if your based in the uk

Picked up a slazenger half length padded bat cover from sports direct for under a fiver, can't go wrong with that

Originally thought you meant as in having an arm guard integrated with a long sleeve of a playing shirt. That would be class.

You mean like these?? https://auracricket.com.au/collections/elite-padding-range/products/mens-elite-arm-guard
They have been popping up all over my Social Media as Sponsored Ad's the last week or so!

Aedos Cricket did the best padded bat cover I’ve seen. The front flap opened out and inside was thick foam padding with shape of a cricket bat cut out of it. You simply inserted you bat into the cut out and zipped it shut for complete protection for your willow. As I remember they were only about a tenner, so great value as well. In fact they were a good all round company with good bats and good looking softs, they used to be a sponsor on here.

Pretty sure Aedos are still about @Turn Of Pace - Olly is a good bloke :)

They are and bat sleeves available for a tenner but with the same again for postage :o

£5.95 for blade-length Woodworm covers here: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/202304133494 (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/202304133494)
Cheapest I've seen.
Used GM ones in the past and been fairly happy with them.
