If you had a 22 grainer super light cleft, with amazing rebound qualities who would make the bat for you?
Where would you send it?
-
i only live 40 mins away from robert pack so that would be most convenient, but if i was made of money i would send it to millichamp or laver!

Hope he has a lot of sandpaper!
-
im sure he has :D
-
James Laver!!
-
Julian Millichamp!
-
to me one it done for £50 pound posted
-
What are you on about
-
once it is done you could send it to me
its a joke
-
Surely any company will do it for you that hand make bats. It could be quite interested to see which companies cant do it!
-
Well yes every company should be able to, but where would you send it if you could?
-
If money was no object, Millchamp or Laver, but in the UK.... probably M+H or Redback
-
Anyone send it to GM's CNC machine?
-
I think for some reason i would rather have a batmaker mess up my cleft rather than a machine.
-
either send it to gunn and moore or gary at redback, im a big fan of the profiles....
-
Fancy doing this for real?

I would only let Newbery or GM make it, the other options either make poorly in comparison or use someone to make it for them.
The pressing is the key, anyone can shape it from there.
-
I'm not biased like so many others so id send it to Millichamp or possibly James Laver before id even consider going to a UK company but if i was to use someone in the UK then Robert Pack would be my choice before any of the others and id certainly not send it to GM under any circumstances.
1) Julian Millichamp
2) James Laver - Marty Graham
-
Think I am the same - Millichamp or Laver.
In the UK, I would go Newbery for pressing, cos all the bats I have that have been pressed by them go like trains!
And would also go to wherever Gary (Redback) get his bats pressed, as the two I have are also guns!
And M&H would be another option considering the Harlequin I have used!
-
Agree with talisman (btw Talisman any news on those balls?)
If I was going to give it to someone I'd want them to do the whole process including pressing, and for that can you beat Newbery?
If I was picking a batmaker off here, I'd go for Matt H4L, as not sure is anyone else presses there own willow?
-
If i could send anywhere, would be Julian Millichamp.
If it was only UK, either Tim Keeley or Gary Day.
-
Sareen's
-
I think Norb will be the proud owner of a press in the coming months - cant think of another custom batmaker who presses apart from SAF and H4L.......I would like to be proved wrong.
I would send my cleft to Millichamp for shaping, quite like the distinction/retro shape - pressing by Tim only.
-
Id send it to warsop! Staying local(10-20 mins away)
-
Quick Keep who you play for? And which league, t rippon or shepard neame?
