Interesting one here which has been mentioned before about Gray Nics pads sizing.
I’m 5’10 (max) and recently tried some prestige pads on but found I needed large sized pads. I’d be interested to see what others use given there are a fair few people on here who own legend pads.

I'm 6'3'', albeit with relatively short legs and use Prestige pads. They are a little smaller than my previous mens sized pads.I worried when I first got them and pondered returning them. My thigh pad therefore sits slightly lower. I note Cook's GN pads look a little small on him (knee roll relative to the knee bend), so I assume it was a new trend.

6'1 and Large mens legends. I ordered the normal ones as thats what I had used before (2015 model) but they were basically shin guards.
-
I'm 5'10" as well, and generally wear either small mens, or standard mens pads if they're ordered from India.
Do have short legs though, and wear a 29"/30" inside leg. If you sit behind me in the pictures, you'd probably think I was massive - then chortle when I stand up.
Does make me think if I were to consider GN pads, I could go with standard mens size though by the sounds of it.

Interesting that. I’m a 32 inside leg, I just found it very odd that in GN I was a large men’s sized pad

5ft 6 GN youths pads tried small men's pads at one inch longer but the top hat tucks into the groin when running
-
I am most of the way to 6ft 2. I use regular men's pads, but I like them to feel a bit small...
GM pads are usually a bit bigger and they fit me perfectly.
Currently using some Adidas pads which are also ok.
-
6 ft 2, I've always used standard mens, currently on the Optimax Black edition from Owzat which are a little bigger than my old GN ones. Fantastic pads for the money, very light, great protection!

In the photo two standard kookaburra men’s And a GN large pad... strange how it’s so small

Im 6'3 and use standard men's Prestige pads. My knee is quite high in the cup, but perfectly comfortable.

Knee roll only marginally lower, seems like the top hat is quite small. Kook pads are great quality, but always found them a bit big and have to go small mens or youths.

i sold my normal sized pair over here (Norway) as the loss I made was less than return shipping, when I asked Gn about the difference between that and previous iterations in normal they denied they were any smaller.
-
6ft3 . My gn pads are large mens and my knee sits high in the cup, so they are only ok ish . All other pad brands i use large mens (puma , morrants etc ) and they fit perfectly.

6'3"...seems to be the height of preference so far :D. ... I flirted with the idea of trying OSM pads but persisted with my regular mens size SS Test pads. Didnt really see any added advantage of getting bigger pads. Curious, has anyone ever measured the difference in height and width of OSM vs regular pads?

im 6ft 4 and just ordered some GM 808 pads - I'm hoping they fit :( :( :(

See my comment earlier, I'm 5'10" and with a short inside leg in most shops. I have had those exact same pads, and they fit pretty well, similar to many small mens pads I've also had. The GM pads and Kook pads are often bigger in the standard sizes I reckon. I find that if I'm running between wickets a lot (that's the plan anyway) that bigger pads just get in the way - there's a definite balance between avoiding taking painful blows on the legs and being comfortable running for me.
-
Another 6'3 here, very lanky but I use standard men's. Large sizes were always a pain to get hold of in shops and I prefer them to feel as small as possible anyway, so a standard men's that runs a bit large is perfect. Prefer Puma pads, did once try on some large GNs and they were still to small so not surprised by the thread!

GM pads always used to come up large.
I'm 6'1 and used Small Men's GM pads (this is going back to 2014, though)

Hope they do fit
i loved my old GM pads - didn't know if over the past few seasons stuffs changed aha
-
6'2 and use GN Supernova 900s in men's, which replaced a pair of GN Powerbow Players in OSM, just prefer how they fit. I have the knee socket a bit higher than the normal position though
-
5ft 7 and always use small men’s size
-
5-9 I wear youth sized now - much better.
-
5-10 but I cannot run in regular mens pads even if Indian made. The top strap keeps hindering movement at back of my knee. So I stick to youth size for games and regular mens size for nets (for the extra protection at nets where i am not running). And i don't believe I have shorter legs, if any i have longer legs..

6ft4 and use large legends found they are bigger than standard gm but smaller than osm which were a little bulky
