Got back from A&E last night with crutches and a plaster cast. Apparently I’ve got a displaced fracture of my 5th metatarsal, which in layman’s terms means I’ve snapped a bone in my foot. The displaced bit is the bad news as it’s not guaranteed to heal properly without surgery.
Bit of a sad way to end my season if truth be told, I’ll have to practice my scoring instead. :(

Sorry to hear that, I also got back from A&E yesterday after getting a ball on the toe Saturday, I too have a fracture but not as bad as yours, a broken big toe (small crack from the nail end up), will be out for a couple of weeks I guess, this after scoring my first ever Ton as well, batted for about half my innings with the injury then fielded 40 overs including bowling 8 overs 🤣, must be mad eh.
Hope you heal quickly bud.
