Title: Best long cut / traditional gloves for £50-£60

following on from a previous post re hunts county gloves I am going to be in the market for some kit in the off season and wanted to get people’s thoughts and opinions on what they think are the best Long cut gloves out there for around £50

I haven’t kept wicket for a considerable length of time so what I’m looking for ideally is something very flexible with a forgiving catching area and plenty of feel.

Any advice and recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Neon gloves mate, class colour scheme comfortable as any other glove and proper flexible. Can’t go wrong with the chef discount too!

@ProWannabe88 - the CBF discount code "CBF" brings the gloves down to £63.74, they're a slightly longer cuff so should be right up your alley. Feel free to PM me if you'd like anymore info.

Personally I have the GN predator 1500 and the GM Original both long cut and superb gloves

Hey Adam, how similar are your gloves to the Chase ones as they look pretty close?
Specifically with regard to cuff length / fit if you are able to answer that?

Having used them both neon gl Bed are a bit more flexible and seem to hold up longer. Similar build though

Go with forum sponsors as you can't grumble at some of the offers they do!

No worries mate, not sure if they are the same manufacturer or not but I much prefer my neon gloves to the chase ones I’ve used. Re the fit - I have smallish hands but the neon gloves are definitely not snug like an SS glove would Be.

Interesting Rob, guess it shows two items made in the same place can still be very different.
I've not ended up using my Chase ones :(

My second hand gloves I got off here died, and needed some ASAP. So nipped into owzat.

I too had a budget off 50. So went through all around that price

Gray nics predator 3 500 felt the best for me in the price range. Nice and comfy, with good movement. But decent protection under the mallet
