Contacted RS owner few weeks back and asked for a thick full profile bat in medium weight
He mentioned about a new profile they have for 2018-19

Received the bat yesterday
Its amazing
Profile similar to MSD

2-9
40 mm edges
semi oval handle
and pings too good without any knocking

RS quality is amazing and this is special

Where is there in the UK to get RS Bats? Anywhere you can go and swing one around?

I believe The Cricket Shed is their UK distributor, not sure where they are based though.

really nice bat.

Did u had any specific profile in your mind before ordering this, what makes you believe its MSD profile(I am just curious ) one and if you do not mind me asking how much did that cost u?

My main criteria was thick full profile with good pickup. I have seen dhoni profile bats made by SS and this one matches a lot.

Similar shape to the MSD I own from SS.
