Title: GCCC north sydney
Post by: Kulli on September 03, 2018, 07:05:50 AM: Morning, anyone have a decent contact for these guys, have a bat a mate got from them (now in Oslo) which has split through what very much appears. - to my untrained eye - to be storm damage.

Ok cheers, he sent a main a week or so ago and hadn’t had any response yet so just wondered if there might be a better way.

It’s a pretty open and shut case, made pretty complicated by disatance :)

Cheers, maybe more patience is required.

For anyone who likes sad sights. Only a grade 3 but had an amazing grain structure for a G3.

As someone who works in IT, I never find it acceptable that they can go a full day without a response, let alone a week.

Would understand if it was in doubt but surely those photos are a clear cut as it comes.

I don't think you could break a bat in that way through misuse even if you tried.

Could be right, either way it's a clear material/manufacturing fault.

The lad at my club uis still in touch with them so hopefully they'll see sense, but it's in clear contrast to GM who could have been helpful enough when similar happened to one of their bats that had been bought in N.
