wish I’d read this sooner. Got some xt1.0 pads and gloves and the quality is poor - fraying and scuffing and splitting after a few uses. Maybe my expectation of pads lasting me years with today’s throw away society was unrealistic.

Post by: Aftabius on August 16, 2020, 10:14:16 PM: I suspect you’re right, I didn’t have the same issues with the GM LEs however that are also Indian made and used them for years. Maybe my expectations are too high, but for £100 odd I’d expect a top end pad to perform better. They have scuffed up something chronic and trimming piping has split and this is after two 10 minute net sessions - cant wait to dive on a dry wicket running a quick single.

Shame really as that aside the fit and protection is top notch.
