Title: Knocking in the bat over the weekend / Australia

Hi lads
Just got my new stick and thinking to give it a beating over the weekend with GN deluxe mallet.
I have recently moved to Australia so wondering if it would be ok to make banging noise over the weekend or we cant do it at home because of the neighbours complaonong to the local coucil etc

If you're concerned about the noise and annoying the neighbours - you could find a local park/public space to knock it in.

Look up the noise restrictions code for your state .

Id prolly do it wothout too much worry. dont think its that loud. Wouldnt do it during the middle of the night or early morning.

Roll the edges on a bath. Give the toe 10-20 mins stick a scuff sheet on it and you’re good to go.

Most clubs tend to have a special designated knocking-in area either at the far end of the pitch / behind the trees / in the carpark
