We're taking our u13XI on tour to South Africa, the lucky buggers. Looking to get them all a decent bag to go. I'm in favour of the new duffle/rucksack types, but older staff member is a bit anti. Looking to spend maximum of £50 a bag. Ideally thinking of one that can go on back but also has wheels. We would need the bat to fit inside, and enough space to get all the gear in, but they'll also have a suitcase. Any advice or recommendations?

Very lucky, sure they'll love it - beautiful place. Whereabouts are they going?
I got the Slaz tour wheelie duffle for £20 in the SD sale a while ago, total bargain and gives you the best of both Worlds. Plenty more wheelie-duffle options out there too.
My mate has one of these though, and to be fair it looks great and is cavernous and good quality:

Gray Nicolls and Kookaburra are releasing a wheelie duffle for Juniors, should be circa £30 each. Theres a few options for adult size bags, give me a shout if your interested in a price
