Title: Insoles recommendations required

Just bought a pair of asics gully 5 and when ran into them, the sole felt a but hard on feet. Can you guys please recommend insoles for more comform that i can wear duting field and batting/bowling.

I use currexsoles. Relatively expensive but lovely.

I can get shin splints pretty bad and got some custom insoles to try and fix it.

They had a shop near me. Pricey from memory but the measure your gait and mould the insoles to your foot shape - they’ve been really good -especially as I had plantar fasciitis for a while too.

I've tried everything to custom to superfeet. In the end I found samurai insoles on amazon, worked like magic for me. All my planar facistis pain was basically gone

I use Spenco Ironman ones - very comfortable and durable.
