Hi Guys, (long time lurker, first time poster)
I came across the Cricketershop website the other day, the self proclaimed Amazon of Cricket shops!!
Have any of you guys used him? good or bad reviews. I was looking to get some of the SG strippers and a few other bits and bobs but a few of the bats have caught my eye, so I thought I'd do some digging first.

I did buy few soft items last year, was a good deal overall.
-
Bats look over priced though if coming from India
-
Way overpriced compared to almost any other retailer in India.
-
What other sources are there? online stockist? who else?
-
For new bats, you may want to touch base with one of the forum sponsors/ UK bat makers. And ebay is the most often source for used bats. If interested in procuring stuff from India, then better get hold of a play-mate with ethnicity from that part of the world....

Try Crown Cricketer based in Bangalore.
I have bought an SS Master 7000, an SS Ton Professional and a DSC Condor Glider from thecricketershop. Bats were ok but i feel other retailers like the crown cricketer have better looking (and performing) stock in comparison.

I've got no idea why sponsor and sponsor interaction is lacking.
-
The above did make me smile but it is late
Hopefully you will get some interaction soon
There are some good guys here

Off season?

Off season?
Not for half the cricketing world.

Off season?
I think that there was some sarcasm in the members original post whilst I am happy for debate and free speech why would sponsors join when half the posts lately are about brands, shops not on the forum and that don’t stock forum sponsors kit

Fair enough, I'm new to this forum so not sure how the whole sponsor side of things work, and I don't really want to shell out massive money for a bat because I play third team cricket and I've only just returned to playing after a 15 year break. So a decent bit of willow for under a £100 appeals to me, hence asking about the idea of getting something from out brothers out in India.

The cricketboutique.com has a few Jedi bats for under £100. I can vouch for the quality and service you will receive.
