Right playing footy ad have just discovered some blisters on my right footy  from my vapors.

does any one know the best was to get rid of them??

dno about to get rid of them but to stop them.....put a plaster on ur heel? or wear 2 pairs of socks ?

in my experience, pop em and just wait. leave them to the air as much as possible.

I put vaseline in the inside of my vapours and it helped reduce the blisters

ok will try all tho already swear two pairs of socks when playing.

ive heard of the vasaline one so ill give that a go.

You can buy blister free socks from camping shops, they are about £10 a pair but well worth it, I Bought a pair years ago and did all my DofE's wearing them and now use them for cricket.

Well worth the investment
