Title: Full Shape vs concaving full spine
Post by: alexevo94 on December 12, 2018, 07:12:47 PM
I've probably missed this topic being spoke about, but i was just wondering people opinions on would they recommend a full spine with concaving on the sides, or full profile minimal concaving. I have both bats prefer the spine through the toe but presumed as there was less wood it wouldn't be as good as a full profile.

I use bats at the upper end of the weight scale so go for minimal or no concaving but still with edges that just scrape through the bat gauge but if I did use lighter bats I would prefer to have concaving with bigger edges than a full profile

Full back no concaving I think full spine benefits pros who  tend to. middle the ball more

I have used both concaved and full profile, bat sometimes twist in my hands while playing shots with concaved, full profile will give you maximum power behind your strokes :)
