Title: Any ideas from the forum

I picked this up on eBay and have just started to strip it back ready for a good sanding after Xmas.

Origin unknown. Lovely shape. High middle.
Slight oval handle. Square toe. 38mm edges. 60mm spine.

I can add more photos if needed but does anyone have an idea what this means on the binding

1180 SKP

I suspect the 1180 is the weight but the other bit?
And any ideas of where it may have come from would be appreciated too.
