Title: SS 7star vs B3 custom
Post by: Charlie coulthard on January 22, 2019, 09:11:28 PM: Has anyone had any experience with both of them and which played the best? Looking to grab one for this season.

SS bats perform as good as anything, but my personal experience is alot of them pick up like turd because of their skinny handles and low middles. And the shapes are all generic and boring. They also have skinny shoulders which causes them to break. I have had a pro players SS and it was great but only lasted a season and a bit. And it had already been repaired twice before I owned it.

B3 on the other hand are class, the whole process from designing the bat to the finished product is top drawer. I spent 3 hours just talking over shapes with @Butterfingerz and I couldn't be happier with the finished products. Performance is up there with the best I've ever used.

What made you choose these two brands out of curiosity?

I’d go with LEACHY48 but I might be a little bias as I own two B3 bats

I third LEACHY48 and I might also be little bias as I own 10+ B3 bats.

Personally, it isn’t about competing against the forum sponsors. I have Bats from almost every brand out there but my match bats are B3, SG and MB. I just love the customization aspect of B3. I can custom made a bat that suits my game.
