Alright Guys
Last season I bowled in bowling boots for the first time in a while . Which I wasn’t a fan of how heavy and Chucky they felt. I only bowl medium pace and normally field on the rope so don’t like having big boots on . Anyone know any spikes that are good to bowl in? I have bought myself a new pair of new balance running shoes thinking of maybe getting them spiked up if no other options. Thanks

These were designed for bowling whilst alot on the pro circuit also wear them to bat/field is as well. The Vector Mid is the more heavyweight version that has the strap upon them for more support.

ASICS gel 220 not out. Use them for everything and they're the dogs knackers, comfy, robust, light, supportive.
They weren't cheap but I think they're on sale in quite a few places now so you can pick up a bargain
