When you say conventional do u mean the TradAYR model? Is so then yes it can be retro-fitted by swapping them over 👍

Thanks, for clarity the D3O liners can be retro fitted into any of the air liner helmets in the range as they all use the same shaped liner/foam pieces.

Tom, do you have any plans to manufacture helmets of different sizes?
Although the inflatable lining is adjustable to fit head size (which works very well), the two helmets I've had in the past looked huge on my relatively small noggin.
Even though they fitted well.

Hi Matt.
The issue with different sized shell is the associated costs as each shell would require new tooling, this in turn would mean new liner tooling and quite possible new grille tooling too.
As I’m sure you can imagine tools aren’t that cheap to produce which was why I’ve operated on the one shells size and different liners model up until now.
It’s something that is doable but At a considerable cost.
