Title: Custom bat
Post by: Charlie coulthard on March 26, 2019, 09:55:26 PM
Looking to get a custom bat for my son who is a Harrow. Looking for the best bat possible, ABSOLOUTE GUN, just the best of the best. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Wrong forum for custom bats mate 😂

It would prob help the brand/batmaker on here of you offered a few specs (if you have any other than Harrow size) and budget so they can see what they are working with.

Excellent brief - can't understand why the batmakers aren't swarming all over this!!!  :o

You'd want to find a good batmaker who does not cut corners, and understands your son's abilities to create the perfect bat for him.
Or you also have the option to pop in the store and ask for the best bats they have, and let your son choose what he likes.

Do you have a particular amount of runs in mind you might want this bat to score as i hear it varies between bat makers....?

My sons county u13 and u14 level and last season he scored over a thousand runs. Maybe 2.4 or2.5 fairly big for the weight, as many grains as possible, slight bit of concaving.

Get in touch with B3 they should sort you out

I know I joked previously on a previous thread but maybe this is a perfect candidate for the 1500.00 GBP GN Rolling Stones bat  ;)
