Title: Building a Club Kit Bag
Post by: billyb on March 28, 2019, 09:57:50 PM
Hi all,

Looking at setting up a club kit bag for my work team. Is it worth buying one of those all in one sets from Ram etc or better to buy things on sale?

Thanks :)

It depends if one of the forum sponsors can give you a discount on the entire kit. You can buy used bats but for everything else I would advice buy new. I have had bought pads and gloves used and after few games they either ripped or started to smell.

Not much point in buying new bats for a club bag as they are rarely looked after.

I suspect there are more than a few people on the forum who who be happy to donate kit for the cost of postage. I wouldn't have said it is worth sinking a lot of money in to as the kit won't be looked after and I doubt the casual player/ non forum member is going to get in a tizz about using used kit :D

Ive got an Ayrtek lid that I will even post to you, cant give it away!

If you want new kit I would have thought direct from India is the way to go for decent economical softs
